HomePage Penguin 64
The HomePage Penguin 64 is the first homepage wizard for
the Commodore 64/128. It produces standard HTML files that can
be viewed with Netscape, MSIE or the C64 HTML browser FairligHTML.
Although the program does not support a mouse it is easy to use and
you don't need any knowledge of the HTML language to create a homepage
with your C64. And for all those who think it is not possible to
create a homepage with the C64: it is possible!. The C64 version
is not as powerful as the other version but is good enough to create a basic
HTML page.
